Wildial Subscription & Payment Terms

These Subscription & Payment Terms form part of the Wildial Terms of Use. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid Wildial feature or service, you agree to these Subscription & Payment Terms together with the Wildial Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Wildial may offer one or more paid subscription plans, paid features, one-off purchases or other paid services.

The features, allowances, pricing and benefits associated with each plan are described within the Service at the time of purchase. Subscription plans may evolve over time as Wildial develops.

2. Free Access

Wildial may provide a free level of access to certain features of the Service.

The features, usage allowances and limitations available under the free plan may be changed, expanded or withdrawn as the Service evolves.

3. Introductory Offers, Promotions and Free Trials

From time to time, Wildial may offer introductory pricing, promotional discounts, free trials or other special offers.

Eligibility, duration, conditions and any limitations applicable to an offer will be explained at the time it is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and may be withdrawn or amended at any time for future purchases.

4. Billing and Payment

The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms and any applicable taxes will be presented before you complete your purchase.

Payments are currently processed through Stripe or another authorised payment provider.

You authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription or purchase you select.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally affect access to subscription features already paid for. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Refunds

Except where required by applicable consumer law or by the policies of the relevant payment provider, subscription fees and other purchases are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to Prices

Wildial may change subscription prices from time to time.

Any price changes will normally apply from your next renewal date or from the date of a new purchase. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before a price change takes effect.

9. Changes to Plans and Features

Wildial continuously develops and improves the Service.

Subscription plans, features, service allowances and benefits may change from time to time. We may introduce new features, modify existing features or retire features as the Service evolves.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting active subscribers.

10. Service Allowances

Subscription plans may include service allowances such as encounter limits, AI processing allowances, storage limits or other usage limits.

The allowances applicable to each subscription plan are displayed within the Service and may vary between plans.

Unused allowances do not automatically carry forward into future billing periods unless we expressly state otherwise.

11. AI Processing and Usage Limits

Certain AI-powered features may be subject to usage limits, processing quotas, token allowances or similar mechanisms designed to ensure fair, reliable and sustainable operation of the Service.

Where applicable, these limits will be explained within the Service.

Wildial may introduce, modify or replace such usage controls as the Service evolves.

12. Additional Purchases and Top-ups

Where available, Wildial may offer optional purchases of additional encounters, AI processing capacity, tokens, credits or other service allowances.

Any such purchases will be governed by these Subscription & Payment Terms together with any additional information presented at the point of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, purchased allowances are non-transferable and have no cash value.

13. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment using the payment method associated with your account.

We may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment has been successfully received.

14. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Your use of those providers may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Wildial does not store full payment card details.

15. Future App Store Purchases

If subscriptions or purchases are made through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another application marketplace, the billing, renewal, cancellation and refund policies of that platform may also apply and may take precedence where required by that platform.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Subscription & Payment Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before the updated terms take effect.

17. Governing Law

These Subscription & Payment Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction provisions contained in the Wildial Terms of Use.
